Dr Jamie Jackson is an Adelaide University Dental graduate. With over 20 years experience working in the health care industry, he has enjoyed the privilege of providing ongoing care to both individuals and families.

Jamie believes in providing comprehensive high quality care for his patients and aims to make the dentist both an informative and relaxing experience. Remaining interested in all areas of general dentistry Jamie is committed to continually developing his dental knowledge and participates in numerous seminars each year. 

Living with his wife and two children in the Adelaide Hills, Jamie enjoys spending his spare time in his garden and bushwalking.

Dr Asad Amad completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Adelaide and has been living in South Australia for 10 years now. He has a keen interest in cosmetic as well as rehabilatative dentistry. Working in demographics with a variety of dental needs has made him adept at minor oral surgery including wisdom tooth removal.

Outside of dentistry, you’ll find him inhaling almond croissants at his favourite cafes or engaged in community sports – rugby, bouldering and basketball being his favourites!

Dr Kate is a dental graduate of the University of Adelaide and has recently relocated back to Adelaide from Sydney. Kate has worked in the dental industry for 4 years managing practices across Sydney. Prior to dentistry, she studied as a oral health therapist which jump started her passion for oral health.

Her desire to deliver the best care for patients and gentle nature makes for a relaxing experience for anxious patients. She has an interest in all fields of dentistry, with a focus on preventative and paediatric dentistry. She is bilingual, speaking English and Mandarin fluently.

In her spare time, Kate loves cooking up feasts for her family, running after her pug, keeping fit at the gym and boxing.

After spending seven years working in private practice in Singapore, Dr Zanelle has relocated back to Adelaide with her husband and young son.

She graduated from the University of Queensland with Honours in 2009 and is passionate about delivering outstanding dentistry and caring for her patients. She understands the importance of making her patients feel comfortable and safe in what can often be an intimidating setting for many.

Dr Zanelle enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a focus on creating confident smiles, looking after anxious patients and cosmetic dentistry. She is always engaging in continuing education to make sure she is providing the best possible care and likes to think of her patients as family.

In her spare time Dr Zanelle enjoys spending time with her young family, cycling, watching footy and cricket. Growing up in South Africa she is fluent in Afrikaans and looks forward to meeting our South African patient community also.

Dr Nicole Dodd graduated from The University of Adelaide in 2013 and has since worked in both metro and country dental practices across South Australia. Born and raised in Adelaide, Nicole started her dental career studying a Bachelor of Oral Health, before taking her study further to complete a Bachelor of Dental Science. 

Nicole takes a special interest in complex and cosmetic dentistry, working with patients to achieve a smile that can give them confidence. Her passion for oral health extends to her attending many continuing educational courses to provide her patients with the best options for their oral health. Nicole enjoys taking the time to get to know a patient’s needs and making sure they are fully informed about what treatment options are available to them. Her gentle and caring nature puts patients at ease, and she strives to make visiting the dentist an enjoyable experience.

Outside of dentistry Nicole enjoys cooking, baking special occasion cakes and spending time with her family.

John grew up in Adelaide and completed his Bachelor of Dental Science at the University of Sydney. He has since worked for more than 10 years in Adelaide and Melbourne, returning to South Australia in 2019.

He is a general dentist with an interest in restorative dentistry and orthodontics. Including adopting new digital technology in dentistry to complete CAD/CAM CEREC restorations and for Invisalign clear aligner treatments.

He enjoys travelling and past journeys have taken him to places in Europe and Asia.

Where time permits, you will see John going on a bike ride with his young son. John also likes to have a game of tennis or a round of golf with his friends.

Nicole has been an integral part of the dynamic and talented Perfect Smile team for 27years with 46 years of dental experience. Over this time Nicole has loved working in her chosen field as a Dental Hygienist building a wonderful rapport with our patients.

Nicole’s other interests include spending time with her family and friends, enjoying beautiful food, good conversation, music, dancing, theatre, cooking and mediation.

Andrea entered the industry in 1992 full of excitement about working in children’s dentistry.  She is still as excited now about children’s dentistry and has loved working with the Perfect Smile family for 13 years now. Andrea first studied dental therapy in Melbourne and worked for state and federal government in Victoria and NSW and then in private practice in the UK and New Zealand.  She returned to Australia to complete the Bachelor of oral health at Adelaide University in 2004.During her career she has held positions on committees for the professional associations.  This has ensured she is at the forefront of the evolution of oral health therapists within dentistry. Andrea is always seeking knowledge, locally or globally to further her education and delivery of care to her patients and again returned to study at University of Melbourne completing the graduate certificate in Adult Scope in 2021.

Playing competitive tennis and scuba diving have been her personal pursuits, however her two daughters now have a lot of her attention where they enjoy singing, books and nursery rhymes so Andrea keeps fit with yoga and Pilates at home.

Allanah completed her Advanced Diploma of Oral Health and has been working in dentistry for over 5 years with a passion and love for the field. With a bubbly and approachable personality she works with patients to attain oral health goals and aesthetic desires through teeth whitening.

In her spare time Allanah enjoys going to the gym being active, baking and listening to podcasts.

Allanah completed her Advanced Diploma of Oral Health and has been working in dentistry for over 5 years with a passion and love for the field. With a bubbly and approachable personality she works with patients to attain oral health goals and aesthetic desires through teeth whitening.

In her spare time Allanah enjoys going to the gym being active, baking and listening to podcasts.

Veronica graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2014 with a Bachelor of Oral Health.

Since graduating, Veronica has worked as a Dental Hygienist across many fields, including volunteer work in the Philippines, Vietnam and rural Australia. Her passion for travel and dentistry combined, with Veronica finding herself employment as a Dental Hygienist in London for a number of years. Veronica is passionate about providing positive and educational dental experiences, as well as improving the oral and general health of all her patients.

Outside of the surgery, Veronica enjoys spending her time out in her veggie and flower gardens and going to the beach with her dog, Hugo.

Kayla has been working in dentistry for over 13 years and in 2019 completed her Advanced Diploma of Oral Health. She has a big focus on providing a thorough and comfortable experience for her patients, both adults and children.

Kayla enjoys spending her weekends cheering on her 3 children at their soccer games and gymnastics. She also enjoys yoga, swimming, cooking and her beloved pooch Chiko.

Ilu has been working in the dental industry for 6 years in both general and orthodontic practices and in 2020 she completed her Advanced Diploma of Oral Health.

Ilu is passionate about preventive dentistry and educating her patients in good oral health. She finds tooth whitening and stain removal very rewarding, especially the smile on her patient’s face afterwards

Growing up in Nepal, Ilu is fluent in Nepalese and Hindi. When she isn’t working Ilu spends time with her family and her two young children. She loves to travel and capturing memories on camera.
